Ren Nardoni is Senior Vice President, Business Development at Pilat (North America), Inc. In 1984, he founded Nardoni Associates, Inc. (NAI), the internationally known succession planning software company. In 1997, Pilat Technologies International acquired Nardoni Associates.

While president of NAI, Nardoni led the company to develop several well-known products, including SUCCESSION Plus^SM , a Succession Planning and Talent Management system, 360OnTheNet ^SM , a web-based multi-rater feedback system, and various custom human resource applications. During this time, Nardoni consulted with various multinational clients, including AT&T, Chase Manhattan, Ericsson, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Marriott, Merrill Lynch, Nike, and Philip Morris.

Prior to founding NAI, Nardoni founded Human Resource Technologies in 1982, where he designed and developed one of the first commercial PC-based HRIS products. Nardoni also worked for AT&T for more than 16 years, where he held various IT, financial and human resources positions.

An internationally known speaker on the mechanization of human resources processes, Nardoni has developed workshops and seminars for the AMA, the Human Resource Planning Society, IHRIM, Linkage and several private organizations. He has delivered more than 40 presentations and has written 23 articles and book chapters covering various HR topics and has been a contributing editor to Personnel Magazine as well as Computers in Personnel.
